Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members last night arrested 16 Bangladeshis while they were illegally entering the country from India through the Dhanyakhola border in Jashore's Benapole.
Jashore-49 BGB Battalion Commander Lt Colonel Saifullah Siddiqui said that the arrestees intruded India illegally through the Satkhira border on March 21, hoping for employment.

When they returned to Bangladesh through the Dhanyakhola border illegally through a broker, BGB members of the Dhanyakhola camp arrested them, the official said.
Of them, there are eleven men, four women and one child.
He also said that a case was filed on the charge of illegal entry, and they were handed over to Benapole Port Police Station.
