Qualifications
Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in Finance Accounting Banking Management Business Education Economics Law Public Administration International Relations or related fields from a government recognized university. Candidates with additional qualifications such as PhD Chartered Accountants (FCA) Cost and Management Accountants (FCMA) or Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) will be given preference. A minimum of 20 years of professional experience is required.

Moreover candidates should have advanced knowledge and skills in Information and Communication Technology analytical abilities management and administrative expertise as well as leadership qualities. A strong understanding of Bangladesh’s economy capital market and current financial situation is essential. Exceptional command of English both spoken and written along with experience in designing and delivering professional training programs for the capital market will be considered an advantage.

Applicants with a third division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in any stage of their education will not be considered. Preference will be given to those with experience as trainers or researchers at recognized institutions university professors or those who have held at least the rank of Joint Secretary in any government ministry/department/agency.

Age Requirement
Applicants should be 55 years of age or younger.

Job Nature and Benefits
The initial probation period for direct appointments will be two years from the date of joining. For contractual appointments the duration will be three years with the possibility of extension based on performance.

The starting monthly salary for this position will be 175,000 BDT. In addition the employee will receive two festival bonuses annually (equivalent to the basic salary) a Baisakhi allowance and a full time vehicle with a driver. Other benefits as per the institution’s rules will also be provided.
