Qualifications: To apply for this position candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in HR Management Management Information Systems (MIS) International Business Organization Strategy and Leadership Public Administration International Relations Economics Law or Mass Communication and Journalism. Additionally candidates must not have a third division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in any examination. For grading systems candidates should have a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a scale of 5.0 or 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.

Candidates must possess leadership skills computer proficiency and fluency in both Bengali and English communication.

Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate must be 32 years as of December 31 2024. However DPDC employees are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.

Job Type: This is a contract-based position with an initial probation period of one year and a total contract duration of three years. The contract can be renewed up to the age of 60.

Salary and Benefits: The monthly basic salary will be 39,000 BDT. Additional benefits include:

• 60% house rent allowance (50% for areas within Narayanganj and Gazipur City Corporation),
